Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient, integrated supply chain strategies and systems.
  • Conduct forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
  • Directly manage Purchasing and Vendor Management, including price negotiation, lead time, quality control, and supplier performance evaluation (local & import).
  • Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and space management.
  • Manage product distribution to marketplaces, stores, and B2B partners while meeting SLA targets.
  • Ensure import compliance, shipment documentation, and smooth delivery processes.
  • Analyze supply chain data and prepare monthly performance reports (forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, cost efficiency).
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives for process and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs across Purchasing, Warehouse, QC, and Logistics functions.
Qualifications
