Supply Chain Leader - Precision Instrument

Operating within Precision Instruments & Measurement Technology industry with markets such as industrial, laboratory, and manufacturing applications, our client is currently looking for a Supply Chain (team leader) to lead and optimize logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, importation, warehousing, and distribution of precision instruments.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.

Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.

Lead and guide the supply chain team in daily operational activities and problem-solving.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal SOPs.

Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related/equivalent field.

Possession of a PPJK license is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required.

Familiarity with SAP.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, promote, and uphold administrative initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.

Proactive interaction with management and staff at all levels of the organization to resolve administrative issues.

Well-developed computer literacy skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite.
