Job Responsibilities
  • Overseeing full Supply Chain Operations in Indonesia.
  • Ensuring SH&E & Quality compliance in Warehouse Operation & Supply Chain functions.
  • Handling Indonesia Supply Chain Reports.
  • Collaborating with Commercial team for Planning.
  • Handling principal communication & negotiation.
  • Handling 3PL overseas & local vendors management and negotiation.
  • Providing Cost Price Estimation to Commercial Team.
  • Reviewing and routing purchase plan for packaging & supporting tools to Regional Supply Chain Manager.
  • Reviewing and approving overtime plan.
  • Reviewing and routing supply chain expenses to Regional Supply Chain Manager.
  • Supporting Company’s additional project if any.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in communicating with foreigners).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Management in trading or manufacturing company, handling all Supply Chain operations, experienced in coordinating overseas suppliers and vendors.
  • Own AK3U certificate (at least training certification).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Personable, energetic, and excellent communication skills.
