Job summary

Valeo is seeking a SC Processes Analyst to manage and optimize the Supply Chain information system on site in Indonesia. You will ensure settings align with local needs, monitor adherence to group standards, and troubleshoot issues to maintain uninterrupted supply chain flows.

You will train end users, support new projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The role involves testing upgrades, supporting inventory analyses, and contributing to the digitization

Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain information systems and on-site deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions to maintain supply chain flow.
• Proven capability to train end users and new joiners on IS tools and processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Supply Chain information system on site and ensure alignment with local needs.
• Monitor system settings to comply with Group standards and local requirements.
• Provide functional support to operations for Compass and related tools.
• Conduct trainings for end users and new employees on IS practices.
• Support new projects/tools implementation, including loops, warehouse flows and layouts.
• Coordinate with IS management on system evolution and local adaptations.
• Test system upgrades and ensure smooth rollouts on site.
• Contribute to inventory cycle counting and gap analyses with Inventory Analyst.

• Manage functionally the Supply Chain information system on site.
• Ensure that settings and parameters of the information systems on the site are relevant and comply with the local Supply Chain needs
• Monitor the local Supply Chain information System to avoid any deviation compared to the Group standard
• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of supply chain flow (monitor interface, ensure that Poka Yoke is in place and applied...)
• Provide functional support on the Supply Chain information system to operations (Compass, ...)
• Ensure trainings for end users and new comers
• Support the new projects/tools implementation on site (train loops, warehouses flows and storage, layout definition...) according to the RO digitalisation objectives or new customer requirements.
• Report and describe to the Digitization and IS management specifications in terms of evolution of functional information system of the supply chain
• Implement locally new functionalities according to the local needs of Supply Chain,
• Participate in VSAs and contribute to the progress plan by tackling mudas. Identify routines, processes to be optimised or AI applicable.
• Offer support to IS competencies when required
• Test and ensure the good launch of system upgrades.
• Perform training on Physical Flows systems. The position is candidate for KU role
• Support the Inventory Cycle Counting and analyses gaps in relation with the Inventory Analyst
• Support internal periodic inventory
• Regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams.
• Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000
