About This Role

Our growing company is looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst with strong expertise in supply planning, order management and logistics to join our dynamic team. This role plays an important key part managing end-to-end supply chain operation and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform other Supply Chain activities related to Sourcing, Commodity Management, Planning, ERP training, Cost reduction, and Inventory Optimization.
  • First point of contact for escalation with Sales or Customers for any issues, concerns, status updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, supply and manage inventory levels.
  • Track stock movement, analyse trend, and ensure optimal inventory.
  • Work closely with Business Unit, Planner, Finance and Quality team to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • First point of contact for escalation with Sales or Customers for any issues, concerns, status updates.
  • Build a relationship with the customer to enhance trust and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain through proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain with proven experience in customer and inventory management.
  • Project management knowledge, such as planning and executing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Dependable & reliable team player.
  • Good English skill in both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
