Job summary

A leading retail company in Indonesia seeks an experienced retail supervisor to lead the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experience while managing operations. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in retail and strong leadership skills, especially in luxury fashion.   • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales floor management, visual standards, and stock accuracy.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members’ performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing activities and achieving business objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 2 year in a supervisory role, preferably in luxury or premium fashion retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about luxury retail and customer engagement.
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Customer data analysis and growth customer data based for clienteling business.
  • Understand store event and able to conduct store event.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
