As Supervisor, Security (Command Centre) at ASIA PULP AND PAPER, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and operations in Karawang, West Java. This full‑time position is responsible for overseeing the command centre and leading a team of security professionals to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any major or related
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a security or law enforcement environment (preferably in manufacturing industry)
• Thorough understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies, including experience with security systems and command centre operations (CCTV and Access Controls)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and respond to emergency situations
• Excellent in computer skill, especially Ms Office (Excel, word, powerpoint, etc)
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks
• Familiarity with relevant security regulations and industry best practices
• Proficiency in using security‑related software and technologies
• Willing to stay in Karawang, Jawa Barat
