PT Lautan Mas Pertiwi, sister company of PT Leon Boga Sentosa, is a company operating in the FMCG sector, specifically premium rice and staple food products, looking for experienced professionals to join as a Sales Supervisor HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café).
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the company's rice market within the HORECA segment, maintaining relationships with existing customers and boosting sales and distribution.
- Devise and execute B2B Horeca sales strategy to meet sales targets.
- Lead and nurture the HORECA sales team.
- Conduct regular visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés to present products and strengthen partnerships.
- Analyze market and competitors in the Horeca segment.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to support promotional activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in Horeca outlets.
Qualifications
- At least D3/S1 (any major), preferably in marketing or business.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor Horeca/B2B in FMCG, Food Service, or food (rice, oil, sugar, etc.).
- Strong network within the HORECA segment (hotels, restaurants, catering, cafés, etc.).
- Understanding of B2B Horeca distribution and sales systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Active SIM A/C and willingness to travel outside the city.
- Target‑oriented, energetic, and strong leadership skills.
