Job summary

PT Central Proteina Prima, Tbk is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support our aquaculture and food production operations in Indonesia. You will produce daily QC reports, monitor quality parameters, and support corrective actions to ensure product safety and compliance.

Experience in manufacturing QC and familiarity with food safety practices will help you thrive in this role, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and maintain high quality standards across production

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control in manufacturing/food production.
• Ability to prepare accurate QC reports and data entry.
• Familiarity with HACCP concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily QC reports for production lines.
• Monitor quality parameters and ensure product compliance.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
