Job summary

A logistics company in Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in HR within the logistics or freight forwarding sector, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, and excellent English skills.   • Background education minimum S-1 Psychology/Law/Management Human Resource/equivalent
  • Have experience min 3 years as Supervisor HRD in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing KPIs and managing performance evaluation processes.
  • Understand the rules of General Affair duties and responsibility
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent Ms. Office (familiar with HRIS)
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, Tax and general HR practices.

Job Description
  • Execute the recruitment and selection process based on organizational needs.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen and interview candidates, facilitate onboarding, and support the performance management system.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data and records (attendance, leave, transfer, promotion, etc.), contract, BPJS, PPh 21.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various job levels and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance improvement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues and act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Design and coordinate employee training, competency development, and career path programs.
  • Handle GA operations: office supplies, facility maintenance, legal documents.
