A logistics company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to build relationships and handle negotiations with Labor Unions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources, and strong negotiation and analytical skills. This role requires a solid understanding of employment law and the ability to manage employee relations effectively.
Manage industrial relations, including building good relationships between management and employee representatives, employee relations, government relations, and external organizations.
Implement labor administration in accordance with company regulations and government provisions.
Handle, propose, and resolve employee grievances to achieve a conducive relationship, as well as build and maintain relationships with the Ministry of Manpower and Labor Unions.
Conduct negotiations with Labor Unions.
Negotiate collective agreements between labor unions and management.
Ensure company policies are implemented fairly and strictly for all employees in accordance with company regulations.
Manage industrial relations, including employee disputes, employee relations, grievances, and terminations.
Must have up-to-date regulations knowledge
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field.
Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, manage teams, and improve team performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Must be computer literate and proficient in English conversation
Must have a CHRS/CHRP/CIRP certificate from BNSP
