Job description

1. Oversees the implementation of cleaning, security, transportation, and general support services.

2. Ensure facility maintenance is carried out according to the established schedule.

3. Handle internal complaints related to general services.

4. Conduct inspections of facilities and infrastructure.

5. Arrange daily and weekly work schedules for General Affairs staff.

6. Prepare weekly reports on service conditions and inventory status.

7. Manage the distribution of stationery, drinking water, and work equipment.

8. Ensure procurement of goods is conducted on time and in accordance with operational needs.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
