Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor in a manufacturing environment (preferably plastic manufacturing or recycling).
• Fluent in English Conversation MUST
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of developing or modifying engineering designs.
• Comprehensive understanding of machining processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative in working with diverse teams and dynamic work environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the engineering team.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor the availability of spare parts and work equipment.
• Coordinate with Production and QA/QC departments.
• Prepare maintenance and downtime reports.
• Ensure the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and technician team development.
