Job description

Oversee and supervise daily operations and sales performance across assigned F&B outlets or areas.

Ensure each outlet consistently meets sales targets, operational standards, and service quality guidelines.

Monitor and analyze outlet sales performance, customer traffic, and product mix to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and kitchen/production teams to ensure smooth order flow and product availability.

Implement company sales programs, promotions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively across all outlets.

Identify operational or sales‑related issues at outlet level and take immediate corrective actions.

Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness regulations.

Provide on‑the‑job coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to outlet staff and supervisors to improve productivity and service quality.

Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including sales analysis and operational insights, to management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

At least 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, retail operations, or a supervisory role (Area Supervisor / Store Supervisor / Outlet Supervisor).

Strong understanding of F&B operational standards, service excellence, and basic food safety regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and teams across different locations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and operational metrics.

Good leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
