Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA > 3.00 required.
• 2+ years in same position (Senior Developer or Team Lead).
• Strong knowledge of software design and programming principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications according to client needs / technical spec.
• Conduct a code review on what has been done by the team members
• Accompany, provide instructions and conduct testing for work that is given to team members
• Handling questions / constraints on UAT findings and support until changes are installed in production
• Assist system analyst in conducting impact analysis on changes made

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information System with GPA > 3.00
• Must have experience on the same position for more than 2 years (Senior Developer or Developer Supervisor/Teamlead)
• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
• Must have experience with .NET, ASP .NET, C# .NET, SQL Server
• Have experience leading a developer team is preferable
• Strong passion on IT industry
• Understand OOP Concepts is preferred
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and good attitude
• Have curiosity to explore and learn new things
