Job description

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Monitoring the accounting process, financial reporting, and company budget management.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinating and overseeing internal and external audit processes.
• Providing strategic financial analysis to support management decision‑making.
• Developing and implementing efficient financial and accounting procedures.
• Managing and nurturing the finance and accounting team.
• Reporting all financial, accounting, and tax transactions, including financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting and tax software such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, Accurate, eSPT, eFaktur, and DJP Online.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Critical thinking, meticulousness, and orientation to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and lead finance teams, problem‑solving skills, accuracy in detail, and resilience under pressure.
