Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in English is essential. The role involves developing subcontractor relationships and ensuring compliance in payments and agreements. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

Subcontracting Planning: Determine the scope of work to be subcontracted and develop detailed subcontracting plans.

Subcontractor Resource Database Development: Be responsible for developing, evaluating, reviewing, and maintaining a list of qualified subcontractors to establish long-term and stable partnerships.

Contract Signing: Be responsible for contract negotiations with selected subcontractors to clarify terms such as scope of work, price, payment methods, schedule, quality standards, and safety responsibilities, and ultimately sign the subcontract agreements.

Payment Review: Review payment applications submitted by subcontractors, verify completed work quantities, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of payments.

Final Account Settlement: Upon project completion, organize the final account settlement with subcontractors, handling all outstanding payments and disputes.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in a Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years experience.

Must be fluent in English, passive will not accept.
