Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and introduce them to Active Study’s study abroad services.
• Listen to each student’s goals and provide personalized recommendations for universities, colleges, or programs.
• Guide students through their study journey — from initial consultation to application support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students through consistent follow-ups and communication.
• Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
• Record and manage all leads, consultations, and progress updates using our CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting (training provided for the right candidate).
• Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive personality with a passion for education and helping others.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with digital tools or CRM software is plus.
• Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
