Qualifications

• Fluent in English with proven international exposure and experience working with expatriates.
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in student recruitment or higher education marketing, with demonstrated success in recruiting students for overseas study.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian education landscape and international student recruitment trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally overseas.
