Job summary

Jakarta International College (UNIJI) is seeking a passionate Student Counsellor with an experienced sales background to join our team in Jakarta. You will provide consultation to students, deliver engaging presentations about UNIJI programs, and generate leads to convert enrollments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 2+ years in university marketing or admissions, and strong English communication skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Higher Education/University Marketing/Admissions/Student Recruitment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, creative and open-minded personality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel.
