Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective implementation of all student club and activity and related campus
  • Ensure accurate review of field inspection report to Student Club & Activity Section Head
  • Provide summary and evaluation of the monitoring report of student club and activity
  • Ensure the realization of good organization governance in student club especially for the participation and regulation compliance pillar
  • Ensure the realization of good organization governance in student program especially for the effectiveness and efficiency pillar
  • Provide accurate review of the needs in creating and developing student program activities
  • Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  • Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student organization management, campus activity coordination, or related areas
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to evaluate and summarize data on student clubs and programs
  • Passion for student activities and data-driven evaluation to support continuous improvement and engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good organizational and administrative skills with attention to governance, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Willing to be placed at BINUS Alam Sutera Campus
