- Delighting customer in end-to-end product experience especially in a context of a learning experience (onboarding, learning, consultation & off-boarding)
- Be the voice of customer, and consolidate feedback from customer to gather insight & recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to align with the business goal
- Work closely with cross-functional team (product, biz ops, sales & service) to deliver the best learning experience to customer
- Proactive approach in sharing information related to learning experience to customer via chat/groupchat/con-call
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major
- Good logical and structural thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
- Having an interest in education, user service experience to serve customer
