Larsen & Toubro in Indonesia seeks a Site Engineer - Structural Steel to plan, supervise, and execute fabrication, erection and installation of steel structures in line with drawings, specifications and project schedules.

You will review shop drawings and connection details, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, fabricators, survey teams and erection crews, and monitor quality, safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Eng with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in structural steel erection and fabrication.
• Knowledge of AISC/BS/ASTM/IS codes and project standards.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare progress reports and project handover docs.
• Adherence to HSE regulations and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, supervise and execute structural steel fabrication, erection and installation.
• Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, connection details and erection methods.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, fabricators, survey teams, cranes and erection crews.
• Monitor fabrication quality, material traceability, bolt tightening, welding, dimensional control and alignment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and maintain erection records.
• Support testing, punch-list clearance and project handover documentation; ensure compliance with HSE.
