Job summary

Oceaneering Integrity Management and Digital Solutions (IMDS) delivers capability, safety, and reliability in oil & gas, renewables, and maritime sectors. As a Structural Integrity Engineer, you will support offshore jacket and topsides structures, as well as onshore civil assets, collaborating with clients, inspection teams, EPC contractors, and other engineering disciplines.

You will develop and implement risk-based inspection strategies, maintain PMRs, review reports, and provide remediation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status is an advantage.
• 5+ years civil/structural engineering in oil & gas; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with Structural Integrity Management and RBUI.
• Knowledge of structural codes, standards and practices.
• Experience with offshore jacket/topsides structures preferred.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Structural Integrity Management and Baseline Inspection strategies for offshore jacket, topsides, and onshore structures.
• Develop and implement risk-based structural inspection programs, including RBUI.
• Develop and maintain Planned Maintenance Routines (PMRs) based on approved inspection strategies.
• Develop and issue detailed inspection workpacks with clear scope and requirements.
• Review, validate, and endorse inspection reports, NDE results, and assess anomalies.
• Provide remediation recommendations and prepare data for CMMS SAP or database uploads.
