Role Summary: As Strategy Business Consultant (Head), you will lead project teams, drive business transformation initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery across multiple sectors. Youll work closely with senior executives to tackle strategic challenges, design actionable insights, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
• Engage with senior clients (C-suite level) to understand business problems, develop solutions, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring growth and development.
• Drive business development activities by identifying client needs and proposing consulting solutions.
• Conduct rigorous analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking to develop insights and actionable strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years in management consulting, with at least 1 year at Manager or similar level
• Strong client engagement skills, especially with senior stakeholders
• Experience in project leadership and managing multiple work streams
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Prior exposure to digital transformation or AI-driven projects is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple geographies, mainly in Indonesia
