Job summary

PT Merauke Sugar Group seeks a Contracts Engineer to lead tendering and contract administration for large-scale projects in Merauke, South Papua. You will prepare procurement documents, evaluate bidders, and manage contracts end-to-end.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil or related fields, 3+ years of experience in tendering or procurement, and strong negotiation and Excel skills. Relocation to Merauke is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to manage multiple tenders and contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents including scope of work, specs, BOQ and bids.
• Coordinate end-to-end tendering from invitation to contract award.
• Review and evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors.
