Job summary

PT Graha Bumi Hijau is seeking a skilled Contract & Tender Manager to prepare, review, and manage tender documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will coordinate submissions, develop contract strategies, and monitor performance across projects in the tissue paper industry.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, 3–5 years in contract management or tender administration, and proficiency in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, Business Admin, Construction Mgmt)
• 3-5 years' experience in contract management or tender administration
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement procedures and tender processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Indonesian, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and tender projects simultaneously
• Experience in Handle Factory Project (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage tender documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate tender submission process and compile technical and financial proposals
• Assist in developing and implementing contract strategies aligned with project objectives
• Administer and monitor contract performance and obligations
• Maintain comprehensive contract records and amendments
• Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders for communications and dispute resolution
• Track contract milestones, deadlines and deliverables for timely completion
• Support negotiation of contract terms with clients and suppliers
• Prepare contract reports and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards
