Job summary

PT Arya Noble, a strategic holding company in Indonesia, is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax planning and compliance across our expanding portfolio in Asia, ensuring regulatory adherence and robust cash flow management.

You will develop and maintain tax governance practices, provide advisory support on business initiatives, oversee accurate tax reporting and payments, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to mitigate risk and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, or fiscal administration.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Taxation, Finance, or Audit, including 2-3 years in a managerial role or leading a team.
• Brevet A & B certification and experience in a Tax Consulting firm are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tax planning initiatives by evaluating business transactions, tax regulations, and available tax incentives to optimize tax efficiency and support effective cash flow management while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Provide tax advisory and recommendations on business initiatives, commercial activities, and operational decisions to support business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Develop and maintain tax governance practices while identifying and mitigating tax risks across all entities to strengthen compliance and minimize tax exposure.
• Analyze tax performance across reporting, reconciliation, and payment activities to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence across tax processes.
• Oversee and ensure accuracy and completeness of tax reporting and underlying tax processes, including tax calculations, tax compliance, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely tax submission across all entities.
• Oversee and control tax payment processes, including validation of tax calculations and settlement of liabilities to ensure completeness and accuracy of tax obligations.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining completeness of tax documentation and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner to minimize audit findings and tax exposure.
