Job summary

Our client in Bekasi seeks a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. You will optimize the network, build supplier relationships, and implement best practices across the chain.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years in supply chain management, experience with ERP and SCM software, and strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain-related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management with logistics/procurement.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement, inventory planning, warehousing and logistics.
Develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, improve service levels.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet production and customer demand.
Implement transportation and distribution strategies for timely delivery.
Analyze performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
