Job summary

Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for large ICT projects in South Jakarta, Indonesia (On-site). You will coordinate demand fulfillment, ordering, logistics, inventory, and distribution, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• 3+ years leading large-scale project supply management, project delivery, or end-to-end fulfillment operations.
• Strong experience within ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics, or large multinational supply chain industries.
• Experience in a tier-one multinational organization with high-volume supply chain operations and complex international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain management activities, including demand planning, ordering, fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management, and distribution.
• Design and manage supply chain fulfillment strategies that support large-scale customer projects during bidding, implementation, and delivery phases.
• Coordinate with internal operations, procurement, logistics, planning, finance, sales, and project management teams for aligned execution.
• Oversee high-volume order fulfillment and inventory movements with accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
• Monitor supply capacity, production lead times, logistics performance, and project delivery milestones to mitigate risks.
• Manage BCM, import and customs issues, logistics bottlenecks, and fulfillment challenges to minimize disruption.
• Analyze supply chain performance, customer satisfaction, costs, and fulfillment efficiency to drive improvements.
• Prepare operational reports, supply chain analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management and regional stakeholders.

Job Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations covering demand fulfillment, ordering, logistics coordination, inventory management, distribution, and project delivery for large-scale ICT projects. Acting as a strategic supply chain leader, this role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of high-volume operations while proactively managing supply risks, optimizing fulfillment strategies, and maintaining operational continuity throughout the project lifecycle.
