Job summary

LIXIL Indonesia is seeking a senior specification leader to influence architects, developers and designers to specify LIXIL products into building designs—across INAX, TOSTEM, GROHE, and American Standard. The role will lead the specifier team, develop strategic plans, and manage the pipeline to win projects through design and tender phases.

The role requires fluent English, a broad project network, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of specifier exposure, preferably within building materials, technical roles, or the construction industry.
• Mature leadership and personality with strong business sense and people-management skills.
• Wide network in the project market (developers, architects, contractors, interior designers).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic specification plans to position LIXIL products in key commercial and residential projects.
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to increase brand penetration.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the specifier team to drive high performance.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with major developer accounts, architects, design consultants, and engineering leaders.
• Oversee the end-to-end specification lifecycle from design through tender and construction phases.
