Job summary

PT Prym Intimates Indonesia (Semarang, Indonesia) is seeking a purchasing professional with 2–3 years of experience to source raw materials, manage suppliers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and optimal costs.

The role requires a degree in SCM or business administration, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. Candidate will support supplier relationships and procurement processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• 2–3 years in Purchasing/Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase raw materials to support production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate material deliveries to meet production schedules.
• Ensure purchased materials meet quality requirements.
• Support new product development and sample material sourcing.
• Work closely with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Administering work for general purchasing and handling general purchasing.
• Coordinate with internal teams on material planning and procurement activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve costs and procurement efficiency.
