You will assess controls, advise business units, and prepare working papers while focusing on governance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with business units to strengthen risk management and internal controls across SME, Retail, and Mass

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of Internal Audit experience in operational and technology areas within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit, risk management, corporate governance, internal controls, and audit methodologies.
• Familiarity with Global Internal Audit Standards, banking systems and procedures, and applicable banking regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct operational and technology audits to assess internal controls, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
• Provide audit recommendations and advisory support to business units as a strategic partner.
• Prepare audit working papers and audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Conduct special reviews and investigations as assigned by the Operational & Technology Audit Head.
• Monitor management’s corrective action plans and follow up on audit findings.
• Collaborate proactively with business units to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls.
