Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development & Investor Relations to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership in Jakarta. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, fundraising, investor engagement and corporate development in a high-impact fintech environment.

You will build financial models, analyze growth opportunities, and coordinate with investors, banks and external advisors to advance BukuWarung’s strategic agenda and growth plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to prepare high‑quality investor materials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, partnerships and potential M&A transactions.
• Develop financial models, business cases and commercial analyses for strategic decisions.
• Assess new products, markets and expansion opportunities with business teams.
• Structure, negotiate and execute strategic partnerships and corporate transactions.
• Support equity and debt fundraising processes, including investor materials and due diligence.
• Prepare investor updates, board materials and performance analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Translate financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management.
