Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance function, shaping strategy, governance, and performance across the organization. You will partner with executives to safeguard assets, drive profitability, and enable informed strategic decisions for sustainable growth.

You will oversee the delivery of finance and accounting services, manage budgeting, forecasting, 5-year plans, and monthly/annual closes, and ensure tax compliance and control integrity across entities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, management accounting, treasury management, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proven track record in commercial finance, financial business partnering, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to provide financial insight and support operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong capabilities in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial analysis.
• Effective leader with proven experience in developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executive leadership.
• Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, sound business judgement, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (preferable) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process in cooperation with Directors and department managers.
• Develop and maintain 5-year financial strategy and business plans.
• Analyze financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis for pricing, investment, expansion, and business decisions.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Management and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive commercial finance and business partnering activities, delivering financial insight and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Review and approve financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all tax filings.
• Review Tax Compliance processes and coordinate with tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Provide strategic governance of accounting policies, financial controls, and operating procedures.
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Present financial reports to Board of Directors and Management.
