Job summary

Esri Indonesia is seeking a Finance & Accounting Officer to join our team and support daily financial operations, including payment processing, accounting administration, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams, help ensure accurate transactions, maintain records, and support CAPEX and audits, contributing to strong financial controls and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily financial operations including payment processing and accounting administration.
• Prepare financial reporting and assist with audit and tax tasks.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate records.
• Assist CAPEX administration and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and improve processes.
