Job summary

PwC Indonesia’s Energy Transition Advisory team is seeking an Associate to tackle complex energy transition problems across public and private sectors. You will work with a global PwC network, applying financial modelling, policy analysis, and market design to deliver value for clients and the economy.

We value strong consulting skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate insights clearly in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• Master’s degree or higher; MBA highly valued.
• Excellent consulting, problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong project management and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Design energy transition plans for major players to attract investment.
• Identify incentive mechanisms and policy support for renewables.
• Develop roadmaps for national-scale energy storage and regulatory interventions.
• Assess financial/market viability and decarbonisation strategies for plants.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial models for renewables and hydrogen.
• Assess EV market size and charging networks.
