• Promote, develop target lists and initiate contact with potential customers.
• Introduce company services and build ongoing relationships.
• Present products and provide consultative solutions to clients.
• Understand customer strategy and align products to needs.
• Prepare written proposals and quotations for clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate internal teams.
• Maintain business development and deliver client reviews.
• Analyze market potential and value of existing and potential clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable and aim for profitability.
