Job summary

Lemonilo is seeking a senior legal leader to join the Legal Team in Jakarta, providing strategic legal support across corporate, commercial, and strategic transactions. You will partner with business functions to manage legal risks and enable growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires deep experience in corporate law, commercial agreements, and M&A, with a strong track record in due diligence and capital markets matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law and Indonesian qualification; 8+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Experience in corporate governance, corporate actions, restructurings, and shareholder matters.
• Strong background in M&A, due diligence, and capital markets matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal support across corporate, commercial, and strategic transactions.
• Advise on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and procurement.
