Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of compressor, rotating equipment.
  • Proven track record in B2B technical sales within industrial or energy sectors.
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify, approach, and manage potential customers in the compressor market.
  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations to introduce product solutions.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular visits.
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities.
