Job summary

Thales seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for Digital and Civil markets in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will understand the account landscape, identify growth opportunities, and map stakeholders to expand Thales’ presence across digital transformation, smart infrastructure, and civil projects.

You will collaborate with country/region marketing and account teams to tailor value propositions, engage key customers, and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development/sales.
• Experience in digital/cybersecurity is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand the account’s environment, competition, and procurement pipeline to identify growth opportunities.
• Map stakeholders and develop engagement plans to expand Thales’ presence in the Digital and Civil markets.
• Define and execute customer engagement approaches and events in collaboration with country/region marketing.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers/partners to drive recurring revenue.
