Strategic Business and Marketing Development (SBMD)

Responsibilities

• Involve in setting revenue targets with marketing and management team
• Engage in client prospecting and acquisition
• Hearing and understanding client needs
• Developing ideas and innovation for product/service/program development
• Developing proposal and or program offerings
• In cooperation with related team, to do a presentation to client

Requirement

• Open mind and target oriented people
• Be self-starter, full initiative, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Have a good communication skill and enjoy making a contact with various people
• Preferably with education background of Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other background with interest in research or survey or consulting
• Be willing to travel to other cities outside Java
• Experience in research agency or consulting is an advantage, at least 5 years working experience in research/survey/consulting setting
• Familiar with power point and Excel is a must, plus other design application software is an advantage, but not mandatory
