Job summary

PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk is seeking a skilled FP&A professional in East Jakarta to manage budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, and ERP proficiency. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success.

He/she will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, management reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
Able to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor the company's budget and conduct Budget vs Actual analysis.
Perform financial forecasting and analysis to support business decision-making.
Prepare management reports on budget and financial performance.
Ensure budget utilization complies with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with relevant departments throughout the budgeting and monitoring processes
