• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial or business strategy roles.
• Experience managing complex spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide performance updates to leaders and compare against budget.
• Perform revenue vs cost analysis and project-based financial modeling.
• Track spending for projects to avoid budget overruns.
• Support budgeting and forecasting from operations.
• Provide accruals for month-end closing to the accounting team.
• Maintain relationships with multiple operations and accounting partners.
