Location: Jl. Imam Bonjol, Karawaci
Position: Store Supervisor (Full-time)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily showroom operations and staff.
• Manage Shopee, Tokopedia, and other online platforms:
• Operate the POS system and prepare daily sales reports.
• Handle walk-in customer inquiries and sales.
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product displays.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the finishing team for furniture orders and deliveries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail/sales supervision or store operations.
• Familiarity with Shopee/Tokopedia and POS systems.
• Organized, punctual, and responsible.
• Computer-literate (Excel, email, messaging apps).
• Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
