Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly sales.

Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and store layout to align with brand guidelines.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.

Willing to do mobile business trip.

Job Requirements
