We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Horizon’s F&B brand as store operations for our Shopee store.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of the Shopee store, including product setup, order processing, stock, pricing, and customer service.
• Ensuring smooth execution of all operational activities in alignment with the campaign strategy set by the E-Commerce team (JKAE and Manager).

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce operations or online store management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Shopee Seller Centre (vouchers, campaigns, chat, order management).
• Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and time management.
