A leading retail jewelry company is seeking a Store Manager in Semarang to oversee store operations and drive sales performance. You will lead a dedicated team to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer service. Candidates should have a Diploma III or Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years of retail leadership experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The position requires working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
As a Store Manager, you will lead the overall operations and performance of the store. You will ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service, achieves sales targets, and upholds brand standards. Key responsibilities include:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Create sales strategies and execute initiatives to drive performance.
Monitor daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues or complaints.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure the implementation and compliance of company policies and SOPs.
Analyze sales reports and implement improvements based on data insights.
Collaborate with regional and head office teams for promotions, product knowledge, and reporting.
