Job summary

PT.SELALU BAHAGIA SEJAHTERA is seeking a Head Store for the OPPO Experience Store in Pamekasan. The role requires a min Diploma or Bachelor degree and a passion for sales and marketing within the retail smartphone sector.

You will supervise store operations, lead the team, drive sales targets, and coordinate events with Marketing Planner while managing store branding, cash reporting, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma / Bachelor degree from any major
• Interested in sales and marketing roles, especially in retail industry (Experienced in retail smartphone is a plus)
• Have strong leadership, interpersonal skills, communication skills, strong target driven & hard worker.
• Preferably, have experience as a Store Manager in a top retail company

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operational activities.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing Planner to conduct Event/Campaign, and other store Branding activities.
• Supervise store employees, finance, check daily sales reports and operational expenses.
• Reporting cash transactions to company bank accounts.
