A leading E-commerce company in South Jakarta is seeking a Store Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee store operations and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in women’s fashion, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory, and customer service. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin and the ability to work in shifts.

Store Placement: Blok M
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry (preferably in women’s fashion).
Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in basic administration, inventory management, and sales analysis.
Able to operate store-related software (e.g., POS systems & Microsoft Excel).
Willing to work in shifts with a 6-day workweek and 1 day off.
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta, Blok M.
Willing to attend an offline interview at the Head Office located in North Jakarta.
Manage and ensure the achievement of sales targets through regular reporting, trend analysis, promotional strategies, and team performance monitoring.
Conduct recruitment, training, supervision, performance evaluation, and prepare work schedules and team rotation.
Oversee store operations in accordance with SOPs, including document management (invoices, returns, etc.) and control of operational expenses.
Perform stock checking, routine stock opname, and product ordering to ensure product availability.
Maintain store service standards, handle customer complaints, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with the designated layout.
